All you need to do to generate Tugboat instance is to create a pull request.

Click on the
index.htmlfile above -
Click the Edit button on the top right of the code view.

Scroll down to the header near line 72, and edit the text to say whatever you want!

Scroll to the bottom of the code page and click the
Propose file changebutton -
On the next screen, click the Create pull request button

On the "Open a pull request" screen, click the Create pull request button

Your pull request will be open. Wait about a minute, and Tugbot will comment with an automated build of your pull request. Click the link to be taken to that environment.
