chart-releaser v1.10.1

This patch fixes the opt-in GitHub-signed index commits introduced in v1.10.0.

  • Send branchName in GitHub's CommittableBranch input, fixing the live API validation error from cr index --push --sign-commits.
  • Refresh the index worktree with a fast-forward-only pull before reading the index and its expected head. This supports signing after package uploads, which can leave the local tracking ref stale, while retaining protection against subsequent concurrent updates.

The fix in #678 passed the full Go race tests and lint. The official v1.10.1 e2e run passed using the published Linux archive, covering GitHub-verified index signatures, retained package files, unchanged-index reruns, oversized generated release notes, and OCI publishing.
