Added

  • Windows ARM64 native binary: Prebuilt aarch64-pc-windows-msvc bindings are now published alongside the existing macOS, Linux and Windows x64 targets, and the module resolves them from win32/arm64 hosts. Previously no binding shipped for Windows on ARM, so the native module failed to load on those devices.

Changed

  • Release resilience: The Windows ARM64 target builds on the public-preview windows-11-arm runner, so it is now best-effort and can no longer block a release. Publishing verifies the guaranteed binary set explicitly and warns when the Windows ARM64 binding was not produced, so an incomplete package is reported rather than shipped silently.

Published as open-codebase-index@0.31.0 and opencode-codebase-index@0.31.0.
