Release Binaries

• hemlock (interpreter): Third-party libs statically linked, only requires glibc
• hemlockc (compiler): Fully statically linked for maximum portability
• hemlock-wasm (WASM interpreter): Run Hemlock in the browser or Node.js

The interpreter supports all features including runtime FFI (ffi_open, ffi_bind).
The compiler is a portable code generator that produces native binaries.
The WASM interpreter runs Hemlock source directly in any JavaScript environment.

Quick Start

# One-line install
curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/hemlang/hemlock/main/install.sh | bash

# Or download and extract manually
tar -xzf hemlock-linux-x86_64.tar.gz
cd hemlock-linux-x86_64

# Run interpreter
./hemlock your_script.hml

# Compile to native binary
./hemlockc your_script.hml -o your_program

WASM Quick Start

tar -xzf hemlock-wasm.tar.gz
cd hemlock-wasm

# Run with Node.js
node hemlock.js your_script.hml

# Or open playground.html in a browser

Platform Notes

• Linux x86_64: Both binaries work on any glibc-based distro (Ubuntu, Debian, Fedora, etc.)
• macOS x86_64/arm64: Both binaries work out of the box
• WASM: Runs in any modern browser or Node.js environment
