Expand metric threads available

Is it possible to add more metric threads to the thread shape tool - it stops at M12 Up to M24 would roughly match the selections for imperial threads

@i8ahorse good idea, it's done and already out in layerling 1.96.0. The metric list of the thread now goes past M12: M14, M16, M18, M20, M22 and M24, each with its standard pitch and standard head and nut sizes.
