Scale Using percentage with Decimals

It would be nice to scale using decimals for accuracy.

@bgrdtruk thank you, good point. The field already took decimals: typing 102.5 scaled by exactly 102.5 %. But afterwards it showed the value rounded to 103, so it looked as if the decimals were ignored. Also, a value close to 100, such as 100.4, could not be applied at all.

In the next release the New size field keeps and shows up to two decimals (102.5 stays 102.5, 120 stays 120), and any value other than exactly 100 % can be applied. I tried it in the editor: a 40 mm box at 102.5 % becomes 41 mm.
