[idea] Allow Moving a Tab to a (New) Workspace

When working in a tab, I sometimes decide I want to move a tab to a separate workspace or create a new workspace entirely from that tab, to preserve the existing terminal context.

I think the most intuitive way to support this, would be allowing the user to click and drag the tab to the workspace sidebar, either dropping it into an existing workspace to move it there or into the blank space / "new" button to create a new workspace from it.

Some thoughts:

1. Since tabs don't need unique names and there's no limit to the number of allowed tabs in a workspace, there's no immediate cause for concern that moving would cause invalidation.
2. An outline around the target workspace as the tab is dragged would be helpful as a visual indicator of what would happen if the user let go.
3. Whether or not the current window switches to that tab immediately or if the tab is moved in the background (switching to the adjacent tab in the current workspace if the user was actively viewing the moved tab) is a question of taste. It may be worth considering a modifier key to switch between the two behaviors.
