Features

• Shadow ref autosave — Discovery edits now autosave to an invisible refs/cs/auto shadow ref using git plumbing commands instead of committing to main. One clean commit is created at session end. Crash recovery restores autosaved changes on next session start.
• Download consent prompts — minisign and age binaries now prompt before downloading, with TTY detection for non-interactive shells and manual install suggestions.
• Move-to is a true move — cs <session> --move-to <host> now cleans up local session files after rsync, keeping only a .cs/remote.conf stub. Adopted (symlinked) sessions preserve project files.
• Move-to progress — Shows step-by-step progress messages during --move-to operations.

Removed

• Auto-update on session open — Removed cs -update auto, CS_AUTO_UPDATE env var, and .cs.conf global config. Manual cs -update and update notifications remain.

Docs

• Updated docs/sync.md to reflect shadow ref autosave behavior
• Updated docs/hooks.md with shadow ref descriptions and secrets export clarification
• Updated README.md to remove auto-update references
