Hotfix for npx dbxlite-ui users who had previously connected to Snowflake on sql.dbxlite.com.

The Snowflake connector calls /api/snowflake/* (the dbxlite-cloud Vercel CORS proxy). v0.3.2 returned index.html for those paths because of the SPA fallback added in 0.3.2. The connector tried to JSON.parse the HTML and surfaced Unexpected token '<' in the UI.

v0.3.3 returns 501 + structured JSON for any /api/* path so the connector can show a clean error. The hosted version (sql.dbxlite.com) is unaffected - it has the real proxy.
