Budget Bytes is missing yields. Probably could use updating the testhml page alongside it.

* Fix yields for budgetbytes

Looks like it shows a span instead of input on live, and missing
unit qualification so doesn't work with get_yields()

* Update budgetbytes testpage

* .format for strings for backwards compatibility
