Add "print" to bash.js built-ins

I agree print is not in bash, but the bash.js covers bash and zsh. And zsh has the print.
Actually I need the KornShell language, but since it is 99% covered by bash and zsh, I decided not to suggest a new language.
Please, do the pull request. I am still not set up with github!

While on the topic, maybe you could know:
The highlighter does not recognize standard GNU programs like cp, mkdir, cat, grep, etc. which are essential part of shell scripts.
While these are not built-ins, all kind of text editors do recognize them. But hljs does not, and parses them really ugly. I haven't found another style definition (aside of built-ins) that these can be added.
What would you suggest regarding this?

P.S. I have found a list with such programs inside Vim's highlighting config.
