v2.15.0 — Zigbee scenes

Zigbee scenes. Three new actions for a group or a light:

• Store Zigbee Scene saves what the lights are doing now — on or off, brightness and colour — in each light's own memory, as a new scene or replacing one.
• Recall Zigbee Scene puts every light back that way at the same moment, with one message however many lights there are.
• Remove Zigbee Scene deletes one.

Scenes are picked from a list of the ones stored, and a group device shows them in a new Scenes state.
