• Fix! Rejoining right after a refund could hand the same bet back over and over
• Fix! Stopping or reloading the server could pay a bet back twice on bot games

• Fix! The first game after a restart no longer wipes that player's lifetime stats
• Fix! SQLite servers no longer lose stats and history writes at random
