Changes Made:

  1. Modified fetch_json, get_mlst_files, and register_tokens functions to handle token refresh issues and manage errors effectively.
  2. Created a curated list of mlst_schemes that can be directly used with the mlstdb update command after registration.
  3. Updated README.md to reflect the changes.
  4. Updated database with the latest MLST schemes from PubMLST and BIGSdb Pasteur available as a tarball with the release file db_v_250228.tar.gz.
