Readme out of date for unstable usage

It should now be:

```
//= require unstable/angular2
```

As the only file in vendor/assets/javascripts/unstable is angular2.js.

I would have submitted a PR for this but I'm not sure whether the section about optional assets should remain or not, considering that there are no optional assets for the unstable version.
