Fixed
- Overlapping external commands no longer race on the process-wide SIGINT disposition: the ignore is reference-counted, so one command finishing can't re-arm
Ctrl+C against sb while another is still running (this caused intermittent CI test failures)
- Release builds for
aarch64-apple-darwin now run on the macos-15 runner; GitHub is retiring macOS 14 images, which cancelled the 0.12.1 release build (0.12.1 was tagged but never published)
