007: Everything or Nothing PC port 1.0.3
An update of the unofficial native PC port of 007: Everything or Nothing (original Xbox).
To update: open EoNLauncher.exe. It offers this version, updates itself, then rebuilds the game. Your saves and settings are kept.
New: settings in the game's own menus
- PC Settings is now in Options on the main menu and in the pause menu's Options tab, so you can change settings with a controller or the keyboard. The first row turns the page; left and right, or a click, change a value. Key bindings, the wheel and the monitor stay in the settings window (F1).
- Language is a new setting, in PC Settings and in F1, and applies at the next start, in the driving missions too. Each disc has its own languages: English, Spanish, Italian, Dutch and Swedish on one European disc, French and German on the other (so German can now be chosen), English on the USA disc. A language your disc does not have is ignored.
Smoother play
- Stutter in driving missions. A fix in 1.0.2 could leave two parts of the game waiting on each other for a tenth of a second, again and again during a mission (seen in Train Chase). They no longer wait. Some slow frames remain while a mission loads.
- The stutter when button prompts first appear, for example as you approach a vehicle. The port's button pictures are now drawn in the background. You may see the disc's own pictures for a moment before they change.
- Smooth slow motion (new setting, on; Direct3D 12, driving missions at 60 frames a second). Slow motion moves in steps, as on the Xbox, but at 60 frames a second the steps stand out, for example in The High Road. Each step now fades into the next. Fast movement can show some ghosting. On Direct3D 11 slow motion still shows the steps.
More copies accepted
- Copies of the USA and Europe (French, German) discs with the media check patch are now recognised, as the English European disc's already was. This one-byte difference does not change how the game runs.
Getting started
New to the port? See the v1.0.0 notes. No game files are included: you need your own copy of the game.
Problems: the game's log is in EoN\play\logs, the launcher's in EoN\launcher.log.
007: Everything or Nothing PC port 1.0.2
An update of the unofficial native PC port of 007: Everything or Nothing (original Xbox).
Download this launcher once by hand. From this version on, the launcher tells you when a new version is out and
updates itself, then offers to rebuild the game with it. Your saves and settings are kept.
New: every retail disc
The port now works with all three retail releases:
- Europe (English, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Swedish) and Europe (French, German): the same game code as
before, now recognised from an unmodified disc. The French/German disc plays in French (it has no English). - USA (NTSC): a separate build of the game with every part of the port adapted to it. The launcher recognises
your disc and builds the right one.
Fixes
- Crashes in the driving missions. Two crashes, one a couple of seconds into loading a driving mission and one
partway through the mission after Death's Door, came from parts of the game that were safe on the Xbox's single
processor but not on a PC's several cores. Both are fixed, in the driving missions and on foot. - Microsoft Defender warning. Defender could flag
EoN.exe(Behavior:Win32/DefenseEvasion.A!ml) when the game
switched between the on-foot and driving missions, because of how the next part was started. It now starts the
ordinary way. If Defender quarantined your copy, restore it in Windows Security (Protection history), then update.
Launcher
- Tells you when a new version is out (Update the launcher, What's new, Later), downloads it, checks it and
restarts; then offers to rebuild the game with that version. - Builds the released version of the game, not work in progress.

007: Everything or Nothing PC port 1.0.1
A fix release of the unofficial native PC port of 007: Everything or Nothing (original Xbox).
NVIDIA graphics cards: the MI6 Training freeze is fixed
If you have an NVIDIA graphics card, update to this release. On NVIDIA cards, version 1.0.0 froze in the second
mission (MI6 Training), in the hand-to-hand combat room, as the third enemy came in. The picture stopped and Windows
reset the graphics driver ("device lost", or a crash with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG in the log). It happened every time,
with Direct3D 12 and Direct3D 11 alike, so the game could not be played past that point. AMD and Intel graphics were
not affected.
The cause: the third enemy's model reads its vertex data through offsets far larger than Direct3D allows. Other
graphics cards read them anyway; NVIDIA's stop. The port now gives the card the same data in the form Direct3D
expects. The fix was tested on an NVIDIA card past the hand-to-hand room with both renderers.
Also for NVIDIA cards: busy scenes in the same mission could reuse some of the graphics card's resources while it was
still drawing with them, which could also freeze the game. The port now waits for the card first.
Other changes
- The game's log (
EoN\play\logs) now records the graphics driver's version, the memory in use every few seconds,
and more detail when the graphics device is lost, so any further reports can be traced.
Updating
Open EoNLauncher.exe (the one you already have, or this release's) and press Build: it downloads the latest
source and rebuilds the game from your disc with the fix. Your saves and settings in EoN\play stay as they are.
No game files are included. You need your own copy of the game (the European PAL release). See the
v1.0.0 notes for getting started.
Problems: the game's log is in EoN\play\logs, the launcher's in EoN\launcher.log.
007: Everything or Nothing PC port 1.0.0
The first release of the unofficial native PC port of 007: Everything or Nothing (original Xbox): the game's own
code statically recompiled into Windows programs, not an emulator.
No game files are included. You need your own copy of the game (the European PAL release): an .iso of your
disc, or a folder with its files. The game is built on your PC from your disc.
Getting started
- Download EoNLauncher.exe below and put it in a folder of its own.
- Run it. Windows may warn about an unrecognised app: More info, then Run anyway.
- Choose your disc image (or folder), accept Microsoft's license for its C++ libraries, press Build. The first
build takes 30 to 90 minutes. - Press Play. In the game, F1 opens the PC settings.
What's in it
- Widescreen and ultrawide, on foot and in the driving missions: the view widens to the screen, the HUD and menus
keep their 16:9 shape in the centre, the sniper scope and the title screen fill the frame. - 60 FPS driving missions, a field of view setting, sharp text and HUD at high resolutions, and the
console's full 6 channel mix in the driving missions (speech, engine, music). - Keyboard and mouse: direct mouse aiming, the mouse in the menus, on-screen prompts showing your keys, and a
separate key layout for the driving missions; every key can be rebound. - Controllers: Xbox, PlayStation and Switch, with hot plugging and rumble; modern button pictures.
- Achievements: 39, with pop-ups and a list in the settings window.
- Direct3D 12 or Direct3D 11: pick the renderer in the settings window (it applies at the next start).
- Quality of life: Quit Game in the main menu, skip the intro logos, hide the HUD for screenshots, a shader cache
so later sessions run without hitching.
Known limits
- Only the European (PAL) release is supported; other releases have not been checked.
- The names of achievements for missions after Mardi Gras Mayhem follow the game's text and are still to be checked
in play.
Saves from a build of your own: copy its hdd folder into EoN\play, so the save is at
EoN\play\hdd\E\UDATA\45410042\....
Problems: the game's log is in EoN\play\logs, the launcher's in EoN\launcher.log.
