Fix: Graph stays stuck on plan steps

Problem

When Claude emits plan_generated with demo/different step IDs, subsequent step_started events can't match plan nodes — the graph stays stuck with all nodes in 'pending' state.

Fix: Resilient step matching (3-tier fallback)

  1. ID match — exact step_id match (normal case)
  2. Name match — fallback to step_name if ID doesn't match
  3. Sequential replace — if neither matches, replace the first pending step with real step data

This ensures the graph always animates regardless of ID consistency between plan and execution events.

Also includes v0.14.7 fixes

  • Removed demo data references from tool descriptions
  • Added FORBIDDEN step names list in SKILL.md
  • Changed example strategies from speed/safety to minimal/thorough
