Folium.ipynb: Cannot get folium map to be nice and responsive in Template

I'm on the current binder branch of panel. The current Panel release is 0.11.3.

I'm trying to wrap the Folium.ipynb notebook into a template to be able to run it as a nice looking app.

But I simply cannot get it to either have a fixed height or be responsive. I guess the problem is on the Folium side but still as it is a Panel example Panel users will struggle with this. So I believe it would be nice to have a solution.
