Main changes:

  • Added a fmlrc-convert executable that functions the same as msbwt convert. As a result, fmlrc is no longer dependent on msbwt for pre-processing.
  • Built an example script into the repo (previously, this was in the wiki).
  • No changes to fmlrc core program, so read correction should work in exactly the same way as before.
