Proposed change

Bump ZHA dependencies:

These are bugfix releases of both packages that fix startup issues and resolve some runtime errors logged when receiving data from some devices.

Type of change

  • Dependency upgrade
  • Bugfix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
  • New integration (thank you!)
  • New feature (which adds functionality to an existing integration)
  • Deprecation (breaking change to happen in the future)
  • Breaking change (fix/feature causing existing functionality to break)
  • Code quality improvements to existing code or addition of tests

This release stopped my Sonoff Zigbee Bridge with Tasmota And Home Assistant using ZHA working, I reverted back to 10.3 all backup and running.
