This PR upgrades the osm-auth dependency to its latest version v2.0.0 which uses the OAuth2.0 authorization framework.
Since redirect URIs must use HTTPS for OAauth2.0, except for 127.0.0.1, which may use HTTP, docs have been updated with the same.
The application information (client_id, client_secret, etc.) was registered by me, so please replace this with a new registration.
