Replaces the AI client with two frozen exports: models (one OpenRouter
model ID per job) and settings (the request settings measured with each
pick). Keeps the howells-ai models and bench commands. Removes createAI,
provider routing, catalogues, eval, the React surface and apps/benchmark.
