`howells/no-raw-colour-in-class-strings` bans a raw colour value inside a
bracketed arbitrary class value; a `var(--token)` reference is the sanctioned
escape.

An `allowIn` path glob now takes `**/`, so `**/*.stories.tsx` and
`**/motion-config*` match at the root as well as at depth. A `within` entry in
`no-out-of-bounds-package-imports` is the same directory written with or
without `./` and a trailing slash.

The `catalog:` resolution noise in catalogued monorepos is the retired SonarJS
plugin, which 3.x does not load: it reads a manifest per directory and writes
a console.debug line, on stdout, for every `catalog:` reference it cannot
resolve inside its top directory. Two assertions keep it from returning.
