Initial public standalone release under the MIT license.

  • Zero-dependency Node CLI for scoped task/evidence checks, generated provenance views and authored completion-record inspection.
  • Optional compact OpenSpec schema, fictional offline example, English and Chinese documentation.
  • Native CLI tests and GitHub Actions pass on pinned Node 26.11.1.

Structural records do not authenticate execution, assess semantic quality or grant release authority. See README and docs/evidence-format.md for the contract.
