Wordcell v0.27.2

PDF capture reports a source it cannot download by what went wrong.

Changes

• A PDF URL that times out, refuses the connection, fails DNS or returns an HTTP error now fails with the timeout, fetch-failed, limit-exceeded or invalid-input code instead of unknown, so callers can retry or report it without reading the message.
