KOY IDE 2 (v2.4.0)

Draft: not published yet. This draft has the macOS installers (Apple silicon and Intel), the afliz CLI, the SDK and the macOS koy-gateway. The Windows and Linux builds are still to come and will be added to this release before it is published. The macOS app is signed ad-hoc (not notarized): it opens after System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway. The update feed (latest.json) isn't attached yet.
