Changed
This release explicitly targets Hubuum server v0.0.16, pinning its
220-operation OpenAPI contract and immutable multi-platform image sha256:37b3299edd845a0c2aa7772d7d68565233ac8c1802bc44be3fb4bbc6dfa8778e.
Required integration tests now assert credential approval enforcement.
The existing async and blocking approval APIs cover both approval endpoints
and all six protected operations. Task-discovery filters and additional
retained details remain available through raw(); see task discovery for the typed model limitations.
Public Rust APIs, features, Rust 1.88, and backup format 6 remain unchanged.
All dependencies were checked for updates; the existing constraints and
locked dependency versions remain current under the repository policy.
Breaking server behavior and upgrade notes
Breaking server behavior: bearer-only token creation/renewal, local user
creation, password changes, credential-bearing imports (including dry runs),
and restore confirmation return 403 reauthentication_required. Update
applications to use the explicit approval workflow
before upgrading the running server. Existing mutation calls do not prompt
or automatically retry with a password.
Keep a verified v0.0.15 backup, quiesce protected mutations, drain workers,
and apply the task-discovery and credential-approval migrations with hubuum-admin --migrate. Deploy matching API, worker, administrator, and
separately supervised restore-executor binaries before resuming operations.
Older format-6 backups without discovery metadata remain accepted.
