v0.6.0

Main changes

• Ages are now calculated with tcages, so Tc1D is now a pure-Python package. Results are identical to v0.5.0.
• Fixed a failure when pad_time > 0. Previously this could stop the age calculation and exit Python.
• ft_length.csv now has a header row and 200 rows. The old file’s lengths were offset by one bin (0.1 µm), so scripts reading it need updating.
• A failed age calculation now raises tcages.TcagesError instead of exiting.
• Python 3.10–3.15 on Linux, macOS and Windows are tested in CI.
