The Blueprint v0.4.0 (beta)

Português

What is new

  • Nothing is lost when the app closes. Proposals, work records and the marks your agent sends now wait in the database instead of in memory, and come back the same after a restart.
  • Daily backups and blueprint restaurar. When the app opens it copies the database at most once a day and keeps the last 7. blueprint restaurar lists the copies and blueprint restaurar <number> goes back to one (with the app closed; the current database is kept first).
  • blueprint doctor. One command checks whether the app answers where agents look, the version, the database, the Claude Code plugin, the Codex MCP and whether the current folder is linked to a blueprint, and says what to do for each problem.
  • First use. An empty app shows the next step and can open an example blueprint, so you see the cycle before planning your own.
  • MCP tool profiles. BLUEPRINT_MCP_PERFIL=executor or planejador gives an agent only the tools it needs (up to 50% less context).
  • Top bar of the sheet. The buttons no longer cover the blueprint title; in a narrow window they turn into icons, with the name on hover.
  • Docs. Troubleshooting guide, guide for Codex and other MCP agents, and a demo of the cycle in the README.

Known limits

  • The installer is still not signed (the signing proposal is in the repository and waits for a key).

How to install

Download Blueprint-0.4.0-instalador.exe below (it installs for your user only). Anyone on 0.1.2 or later gets the update by itself and installs it with one click on Update. The SHA256SUMS carries the installer's hash.

The installer is not signed: Windows or Defender may warn or block on the first run.

What is new

  • AI presentations. On the Present screen you pick an audience (Client: a project plan in plain language, with no technology, hours or internal instructions; Internal: the full technical view) and a level (Quick, Standard, Complete), and your agent builds a real interface in the app's own look, with live anatomy figures. Each section of the page gets its own figure, and pointing at an item in the text highlights it in the figure and the other way around. Details: AI presentations.
  • Generate in the app terminal. The request runs in a tab of the embedded terminal, already carrying your audience and level choices.
  • Edit by hand, or ask the agent for small changes. The whole presentation is editable on screen. When you ask the agent for a change it edits the file itself with targeted operations instead of rewriting everything.
  • The Present screen opens on the generated presentation. The app's own pages (Progress by project, Full plan) wait in the collapsed Internal view group. The old Summary page is gone.
  • Automatic apply. What you ask for or approve in the chat enters the blueprint without a second click, with an Undo notice for 60 s. A switch per blueprint turns it off (off by default in team mode); removals and moves still wait for your click. The agent is told which item was applied and whether you or the automatic apply did it.

Known limits

  • The presentation flow was tested end to end with a stand-in agent, but not yet with a real Claude session, so a request may not complete in every setup.
  • Print inside the generated page is blocked by its sandbox: use Export HTML and print from the browser.

How to install

Download Blueprint-0.3.0-instalador.exe below (it installs for your user only). Anyone on 0.1.2 or later gets the update by itself and installs it with one click on Update. The SHA256SUMS carries the installer's hash.

The installer is not signed: Windows or Defender may warn or block on the first run.

The Blueprint v0.2.3 (beta)

Português

What is fixed

  • The update progress window no longer breaks the update. In 0.2.2 the window was started with the console handles that the app had already released, so clicking Update could show nothing, end the installer with an error without reopening the app, or skip the window. The window now starts with no console handles. Tested on a real update with the real installer: success (the new version reopens and the window closes by itself in about 6 s), installer failure (the window shows the error and the previous version reopens) and a window that cannot open (the installer runs directly).

If you are on 0.2.2

Your next update still runs the 0.2.2 window, because the window belongs to the version that is leaving. If the app closes without updating, open it again and click Update once more. From 0.2.3 on, updates use the fixed window.

How to install

Download Blueprint-0.2.3-instalador.exe below (it installs for your user only). Anyone on 0.1.2 or later gets the update by itself and installs it with one click on Update. The SHA256SUMS carries the installer's hash.

The installer is not signed: Windows or Defender may warn or block on the first run.

What is new

  • An invite link opens the installed app first. The installer registers the blueprint:// protocol. When a guest opens an invite link, the page tries the installed app (the browser and the app each ask once, and the app shows the address it is opening); if the app is not installed or does not answer in 2.5 s, the web version continues in the same tab. The app shows the shared workspace in a window of its own. See Share from the app.
  • A guest's Claude connects from that window. On My key, Connect my Claude on this computer does what blueprint conectar does, after a native question with the address, with no command to copy.
  • Progress window when the app updates itself.

How to install

Download Blueprint-0.2.2-instalador.exe below (it installs for your user only). Anyone on 0.1.2 or later gets the update by itself and installs it with one click on Update. The SHA256SUMS carries the installer's hash. The blueprint:// protocol is registered by the installer, so update (or reinstall) to get the invite flow.

The installer is not signed: Windows or Defender may warn or block on the first run.

The Blueprint v0.2.1 (beta)

Português

What is new

  • A guest's Claude connects with one command. On the My key screen, a guest copies blueprint conectar <address> <key> (The Blueprint must be installed on their computer). Their Claude Code then reads and proposes in the shared workspace with their role, and their hooks reach your app: you see "Claude · name" working on your sheet. When the sharing address changes, they run the same command again and it applies at once, even to open sessions. The key stays in a file of the app, never in process arguments; blueprint conectar --remover undoes it. See Share from the app.
  • Several workspaces can be shared at the same time through one address, and the Share dialog always talks about the workspace you have open.
  • Leaner ler_blueprint for agents: on large blueprints, finished and distant planned actions become one line each (about 89k to 20k characters for 100 actions), with optional incluir and projeto parameters.
  • More from the Claude Code plugin: the folder link follows git worktrees to the main folder; new hooks (permission requests and denials, stop failures, compaction) turn into agent states without ever blocking Claude; subagents get the plan context when they start; three role agents ship with the plugin (explorer, builder, reviewer); status lines show context, usage limits, worktree and agent, and the subagent status line feeds focus mode.
  • A subagent that finishes leaves the sheet after 10 s; only the main Claude stays as Done.
  • Decisions on a blueprint: a card in Edit records open and settled decisions (title, choice, reason), and agents can propose them.

How to install

Download Blueprint-0.2.1-instalador.exe below (it installs for your user only). Anyone on 0.1.2 or later gets the update by itself and installs it with one click on Update. The SHA256SUMS carries the installer's hash.

The installer is not signed: Windows or Defender may warn or block on the first run.

The Blueprint v0.2.0 (beta)

Português

The Blueprint stops being single-user: you can now work on the same blueprint with other people, live.

What is new

Working together

  • Share a workspace from the app. A Share button on the sheet opens one workspace (or several) to the people you invite, straight from your own app, through an HTTPS tunnel from Cloudflare. No server and no account: the app downloads cloudflared the first time (fixed version, checked by SHA-256). Guests use the browser and only see the workspace of their invite; your other workspaces, the terminal, Start with Claude and the updater stay closed to them. Limits: it works while your app is open, and the free address changes every time you turn sharing on. See Share from the app.
  • Team server. blueprint serve --hospedar, behind an HTTPS reverse proxy such as Caddy, hosts workspaces for a team that is always on. See Hosting.
  • Invites, roles and people. The link is the invite (no passwords): owner, collaborator, supervisor and visitor, per workspace or per blueprint, with expiry and revoke. The secret travels after the #, so it never reaches proxy logs, and only its hash is stored. People panel, invite links shown once, a Follow panel for supervisors and a public read-only link that opens a blueprint or its presentation.
  • Live changes and conflicts. The page saves only what changed. Changes reach everyone in under a second, presence shows who is looking, and the item someone else is editing gets an outline. When two people change the same field, the last one wins and both see who changed it; a per-field history is kept.
  • Each person's own agent. Every member gets an MCP key, so their Claude or Codex reads and proposes with their role (BLUEPRINT_URL and BLUEPRINT_CHAVE).

Claude, inside and around the app

  • Claude Code inside the app: a Terminal panel with tabs runs the official claude (all features), and Start with Claude can open in it.
  • Talk to the plan: a panel on each action sends your messages to your Claude session and shows its answers; any change it suggests arrives as a proposal you apply. Plans also get a Send to agent button.
  • Agent timeline per action, stored in the database (last 50 events, 30 days).
  • Focus mode (one card per working agent) and native search in the bar, the workspace and the open blueprint.
  • Presentation and printing of a blueprint (full screen, A4, single-file export).

Also

  • English first: the interface follows the Windows language, with a selector on the entry screen; server messages, hooks and the status line speak your language, and what the agent reads is in English.
  • Roadmap screen inside the app, blueprint exportar --markdown, shell completions for PowerShell and Bash.
  • Two windows of the same person no longer overwrite each other.
  • Fixes: the channel of sessions opened by the button now reaches them (@inline), sessions that close badly leave the list after 24 h, and a development build no longer takes over your Claude plugin.

Security notes

Sharing exposes your app to the internet through the tunnel. Guests arrive on a separate local port where nothing counts as you, every route checks the guest's role, and local-only routes do not exist there. Read Share from the app and the security review before sharing with people you do not trust. HTTPS on a real hosted server was tested through a test proxy, not with a real certificate.

How to install

Download Blueprint-0.2.0-instalador.exe below (it installs for your user only). Anyone on 0.1.2 or later gets the update by itself and installs it with one click on Update. The SHA256SUMS carries the installer's hash.

@github-actions github-actions released this 23 Oct 15:19

The Blueprint v0.1.3 (beta)

Novidades

O SHA256SUMS traz o hash do instalador.

The Blueprint v0.1.2 (beta)

Corrigido no download e no lançamento do instalador.

Novidades

O SHA256SUMS traz o hash do instalador.

The Blueprint (beta) v0.1.1

@github-actions github-actions released this 23 Oct 14:39

The Blueprint v0.1.1 (beta)

Novidades

O SHA256SUMS traz o hash do instalador.

Pre-release

@github-actions github-actions released this 23 Oct 12:31

The Blueprint v0.1.0 (beta)

Detalhes no README. O SHA256SUMS desta release traz o hash do instalador.
