🌟 Summary of v2.1.8 update (2024-01-28)

Miscellaneous updates accomplished! The usage experience of dotting has greatly improved! Bugs related to selection not working when multiple layers exist and isDrawingEnabled not working has been fixed. Additional features such as adding resizeUnit props to <Dotting/> and implementing a pan-only feature to Brushtool.None was implemented!
