Simplest form of library management

The system consists of two entities: Book and Author. Each entity has its own Controller, Mapper, Repo (Repository), and Service components, which handle the corresponding operations and logic.
The database configuration and filter configuration are implemented using pure Java in the config package.
Overall, the system follows a modular structure, separating components based on their responsibilities and implementing the necessary configurations using Java to ensure efficient and maintainable code.
