Both `from_slice` and `from_bytes` are used

For example Method::from_bytes and StatusCode::from_slice. Only one should be used.

Hm I'm not sure if there's one that's more idiomatic, but I can't actually find from_slice?

All uses of from_slice should be converted to from_bytes.
