windows: links timeout more often in lychee software when hamachi is running

When hamachi is running more links timeout in lychee software, when i stop hamachi service false timeouts are gone.

I tried this code:

lychee --max-concurrency 10 -t 15 some_file.txt

I expected to see this happen: how this should be

Instead, this happened: much more timeouts

We don't do anything to set the priority in hyper.

As of now, I don't get this problem anymore.
