v1.14.4
Fixed
- On a phone, a hero that fades into the page with a screenshot started the fade behind its buttons and badges, and their white text vanished into it. The copy now stays on the hero's color and the fade runs behind the window.
What's changed
- fix(site): keep a phone hero's copy off its fade
Full changes: v1.14.3...v1.14.4
v1.13.0
Changed
- The install dialog lists every format with the machines it is built for, and shows the chosen one's instructions beside the list on a desktop, in a wider dialog, or below it on a phone. The machine is a small switch in the header instead of a step of its own; formats it can't take are greyed out.
What's changed
- style(site): tint the chosen format pale blue
- style(site): fill the chosen format like a sidebar row
- feat(site): list formats beside their instructions in the install dialog
Full changes: v1.12.0...v1.13.0
v1.12.0
Added
- The beta section's button opens an install dialog of the beta's own, like the release's: a choice of machine, and the beta's install file, bundles, repository and dnf and apt packages. A link to
/#install-betaopens it. A switch in the section returns the button to downloading the install file
What's changed
- feat(site): give the beta section an install dialog of its own
Full changes: v1.11.0...v1.12.0
v1.11.0
Added
- The footer's small print can carry links and bold text, written as Markdown (
[label](https://…)) or as plain<a>tags
What's changed
- feat(site): allow links in the footer's small print
Full changes: v1.10.1...v1.11.0
v1.10.1
Fixed
- The install dialog no longer greys out a Debian package on the machine it is built for: Debian's amd64 and arm64 now match the picker's Intel/AMD and ARM, and a package for every machine is never greyed out
What's changed
- fix(site): match a Debian package's amd64 to the picker's x86_64
Full changes: v1.10.0...v1.10.1
v1.9.0
Added
- Filter the release history by channel, status (live, earlier, withdrawn, failed) and format, or find a version by typing it; beside the History title, how many releases show out of how many
- Installs by format, on the Installs page: how many installs use the Flatpak, the dnf and apt repositories and the AppImages, as shares of all of them, with today's update checks
- The Installs page's release numbers can be shown for every format together or for one format
Changed
- The Installs page's Releases and Packages views are one Releases view, and the estimated installs count every format
Fixed
- Uploading several files in a row no longer fails for some of them with a server error while the one before is still being published
- A package's first upload, on either channel, gives the other channel an empty, signed dnf or apt index, so a package that carries the repository files of both channels no longer breaks
dnforapt updateuntil something is published on the second one
What's changed
- fix(packages): index both channels from a package's first upload
- docs(changelog): fold the beta's changes into one entry each
- docs(changelog): note that the history's filters carry no counts
- fix(uploads): don't refuse a file while the one before publishes
- style(releases): move the history's counts beside its title
- feat(admin): filter releases and count installs per format
Full changes: v1.8.0...v1.9.0
v1.9.0-beta.2
Added

Full changes: v1.9.0-beta.1...v1.9.0-beta.2
v1.8.0
Added
- Withdraw a version in every format with one click: its Flatpak builds, packages, AppImages and other files all come off the channel at once
- Flatpak builds can be withdrawn too: installed copies go back to the build before it the next time they update
Changed
- Releases and Packages are one Releases page: upload a version's bundles, packages and files together, and see each version once in the history with all its files
What's changed
- feat(releases): one page for every format, withdrawn in one click
Full changes: v1.7.0...v1.8.0
v1.7.0
Added
- AppImages update from the site: each one uploaded under Packages is told to check this site for new versions, so Gear Lever, AppImageLauncher and AppImageUpdate keep it current, the last two fetching only what changed
- An AppImage is published under its file name without the version, such as App-x86_64.AppImage, so each new upload takes over the address installed copies check
- The install dialog offers the AppImage as its own way to install, with how to keep it updated; its wording is editable under Content > Install dialog
- The Installs page counts AppImages checking for updates
Changed
- AppImages already published as downloads are listed as AppImages, and the next upload under the same name replaces them
- Withdrawing an AppImage sends installed copies back to the version before it the next time they check for updates
What's changed
- feat(packages): let AppImages update from the site
Full changes: v1.6.0...v1.7.0
v1.6.0
Changed
- The Installs page shows machines by architecture at the top, and puts releases, architectures, packages and builds below the chart as one view at a time; long tables show their first 10 rows until you ask for all
What's changed
- feat(stats): show the installs detail one view at a time
Full changes: v1.5.2...v1.6.0
