After this patch, the startup duration is reduced significantly

Root-cause

• pango_cairo_font_map_get_default() and create_context() are cheap, only about 1ms
• But the first layout measure/show will trigger Fontconfig to scan all system fonts. We measured 10,066ms inside renderText
• This texture is only used for the "permission denied" overlay in screencopy. There is no need to build it on the startup path

Full attribution of the first-frame window

From onConnect done 303ms to first frame presented, total 10,581ms:

After the patch

• first frame latency: 10,884ms ------> 907ms

Verified

Tested and verified on Kan-Linux x86_64.

This issue may not be reproducible on other Linux distros such as Omarchy Linux, but it reliably occurs on Kan-Linux. Kan-Linux is a fully source-built distro, and its entire desktop graphics stack is also built and tuned from source.

As I said before, This issue may not be reproducible on other Linux distros such as Omarchy Linux.

Observed and fixed on LiveISO, so I think this is a corner issue(triggered by "something's special running environments in Kan-Linux's LiveISO").
