Update the Material Components Library and Improving the Dynamic Color Support

Ok, Hello I Have a few idea here. And that's will be good to implement.

So, currently loop is follows Material Design principles and has solid dark mode (or pure black support). However, it does not yet fully take advantage of that, and the dynamic color (Material You) support can still be improved to better match the system theme on Android 12+.

There is already a related discussion about this:

Updating into the newer version of Material Component and refining the Dynamic color would

• Make the app feel more consistent with modern android (especially Android 15/16)
• Improve color harmony with user wallpaper
• Provided a more modern and better foundation while keeping Loop's minimalistic design

Scope

1. Update the Material Components dependency to a recent stable version.
2. Implement the proper Dynamic Color support for the main app (using DynamicColors.applyToActivitiesIfAvailable or equivalent Material 3 Theming).
3. Ideally also improve Dynamic Color support on widgets (if feasible without major complexity)
4. Keep visual change restrained, so the app still feels clean and minimal.

Out of Scope

• Migration to Jetpack Compose
• Full Material 3 Expressive redesign
• Major layout or interaction changes

Questions

• Is there any preference regarding how aggressive the dynamic color should be (e.g. only surfaces vs also accent colors)?
• Should widget support be included in the same PR, or handled separately?
• Any known pain points with the current theme system that I should be careful about?
