copc 0.0.6 added an additional hint in its package.json to ignore the fs module.

This PR bumps
copcto version0.0.6and removes the now unnecessary ignore plugin in our webpack config.Motivation and Context
In connormanning/copc.js#7, an additional hint was added in the package.json for bundlers to ignore the lazy-loaded
fsmodule on browser environments.This should fix #2273
