GuiaIA v0.1.0-alpha — MCP developer preview

First public developer preview (not a playable autonomous Minecraft companion yet). Includes a local read-only MCP stdio gateway, two allowlisted loopback RCON status queries, sanitized performance snapshots, deterministic bounded mission proposals and safety guards. 25 unit tests pass; GitHub CI passes on Python 3.11, 3.12 and 3.13. No world mutation, Fabric observer, client vision, Mineflayer companion or auto-deployment is included. See README and open roadmap issues for planned milestones. This release provides source code only; no mod JAR or Minecraft installation bundle.
