2.2.0 — Maven Central + tech.thessemaj

DeviceIntelligence is now on Maven Central under the tech.thessemaj namespace, and the package has been renamed from io.ssemaj.* to tech.thessemaj.* throughout (Kotlin, native JNI symbols, plugin id).

Breaking: the runtime package moved to tech.thessemaj.deviceintelligence — update imports (import tech.thessemaj.deviceintelligence.DeviceIntelligence). Verified end-to-end: native library builds for all ABIs and the instrumented smoke suite passes on a Pixel 6 Pro. Legacy com.github.iamjosephmj.DeviceIntelligence tags (≤ 2.1.0) remain on JitPack.
