Bug fixes

• Icons rendered at half height in Firefox (#32): since the switch to fonteditor-core, the generated font kept the OS/2 vertical metrics of the library's empty template (designed for 1000 units/em) while the font uses 2048 units/em. Because the font sets USE_TYPO_METRICS, Firefox read those metrics and rendered glyphs at 0.5em, shifted up. OS/2 typo/win metrics are now aligned with hhea. Chrome and Safari were not affected. Regenerate your icon CSS after upgrading.
