DeepSeek Harness 0.2.1-rc.5

This release moves the plugin onto the 0.2.1-rc.5 desktop runtime.

• engines.dsh is now the range >=0.2.1-rc.5 <0.2.2-0. The 0.2.1-rc.5 preflight
  accepts the row, later 0.2.1 builds will be accepted without another release,
  and 0.2.1-rc.4 (never tested here) and 0.2.2 prereleases stay refused.
• Every @deepseek-ai/dsh-* peer is pinned to 0.2.1-rc.5.
• No plugin behaviour changed. No source change was needed — only the manifest pin and lockfile moved.
• The workspace pins pnpm@11.20.0, because pnpm 11.8 rejected the freshly
  published rc.5 releases through minimumReleaseAge.

Install: pack the repository (pnpm pack --pack-destination dist) and add the
tarball from the app's Settings → Plugins page, then restart DeepSeek
Harness.
