Summary
Route for sending an email using nodemailer. Right now the email is hardcoded to mine.
Test Plan
Tested on home and UCI network. Some issues on UCI, likely due to whitelisting. Required some setup changes on index.ts for testing, but route itself works fine without it.
Issues
Issues sending email on UCI network, but these seem to be setup related since it worked when ap0nia tested it.
