Changes in 0.5.3 (build 11)

• Add a local configuration panel under Settings and Tools → Configuration Panel… (设置与工具 → 配置面板…). Edit connection, DNS, routing and startup settings in grouped forms or the full YAML source, with validation and live preview.
• Preserve comments, unrelated settings and browser drafts. Reject stale revisions and app-service-incompatible settings before saving or reconnecting. Keep drafts intact across delayed previews, rejected form edits and background reloads.
• Add a persistent Detailed Logging (Debug) (详细日志（Debug）) menu switch. Changing it reconnects an active proxy; disabling it restores ordinary logging.
• With dns.direct_ipv6: false, recover direct public IPv6 TLS/QUIC destinations through IPv4 when the hostname is recoverable. Cover system routing, HTTP CONNECT and SOCKS, including ordinary and connected UDP. Preserve routing priority and global proxy behavior; recovery never falls back to a proxy exit.
• Show blocked or unavailable exits accurately in the configuration panel. Keep unsupported YAML values repairable in the source editor.
