Added figure credits instructions. Clarified focus on IEEE VIS.
* Added hideappendix option * Removed redundant code from vgtc.cls. * Change "is" to "may be" re: page limits. * Consolidated where options live in vgtc.cls
* Added comment about hideappendix option near use of \appendix * Changed comments about VIS 2-page allotment per the same change previously in text
