Switch mount option separator from colon to comma (source:target,ro)
  to avoid zsh interpreting :ro as the :r variable modifier. Add
  DisableSliceFlagSeparator to subcommands so urfave/cli does not
  split the comma-separated value into multiple slice entries.

  Pin Create() and Start() to a single locked OS thread in
  StartVirtualMachine to prevent Go GC heap corruption on Linux/KVM
  caused by goroutine thread migration during CGo calls.
