Fix Message Partition Key in Batched Messages

Fixed a bug where batched messages inherited the batch-level partition key instead of using each single message's own partition key. Now the per-message partition key from SingleMessageMetadata is used when unpacking batch messages.

Change:

• src/Util/Packer.php — Use single message metadata's partition key when reading messages from a batch

Allow Zero Receive Queue Size in ReaderOptions

Fixed validation in ReaderOptions to allow receiveQueueSize to be set to 0, which disables message pre-fetching for the reader.

Change:

• src/ReaderOptions.php — Accept 0 as a valid receive queue size (#26)
