This updates the values for the cg.identifier.ccafsproject metadata field. From the Macaroni Bros API: https://ccafs.cgiar.org/export/ccafsproject
This updates the values for the cg.identifier.ccafsprojectpii field for CCAFS Phase II. The values come from the Macaroni Bros API: https://ccafs.cgiar.org/export/ccafsproject-pii
Extracted all the values and sorted them in vim, then reconstructed the value pairs using a shell script loop.
