Review and refactor section / page order

Put them in a logical order.

Glossary section can be moved to the end.

Reorder pages: for example in filters, the logical operators "and" and "or" filters should be next to each other. The most basic and commonly used filters should be at the beginning.

Ideally find a way with docusaurus to make changes to the order without having to edit each file that has moved.

After discussion, we will use the frontmatter properties. We'll number them 10, 20, 30 etc... so that we don't need to edit multiple files when reordering.
