If you have run stratigraph upgrade or stratigraph scan on a real codebase, I'd like to hear how it went, whether it worked or not.

A useful reply:

• What: the Boot versions (e.g. 2.7 → 3.5), Maven or Gradle, roughly how big the codebase is.
• Result: parity, stuck, needs-decision, or a crash. The first few lines of upgrade-report.md say which.
• What it got wrong, or what you had to finish by hand.

Please don't paste private code or anything identifying your employer. A description is enough.
